Applications are invited to apply for 2 Acute Medicine Consultants at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. These Posts are full time. The total establishment is 6 WTE being to ensure senior clinical presence/decision making across the AMU ward, Post take and SDEC including weekends.
We are looking to recruit the to join a well-regarded Medicine team at the Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a thriving Medical division. The department has a history of innovation in patient care and has a continuing personal development programme to support on-going service development. You will have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the department and take part in Hospital-wide initiatives to improve Care and the patient experience.
The post holder will be expected to participate fully in the provision of general services in Medicine, including governance issues and maintenance of the new Department of Health Quality Indicators.
We have established a Respiratory Support Unit within the AMU to deliver NIV. An interest in NIV/ High dependency care would be an asset for one or more of these posts. Furthermore Candidates who are interested in sessions in other Medical Specialties may be be accommodated and would be encouraged to discuss in advance of shortlisting.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
